The Magical You (Week 1)

What Makes You Magical?

Here, we will discuss what makes you so magical. Feel free to write down your answers (and use The Positivity Journal: Kids Edition if you wish).

Firstly, what is journaling?

Journaling is super powerful. It helps us reflect on our thoughts, feelings and emotions. It is almost like a diary (except we can journal for the future too - not just about reflecting on what has happened in the past).

TASK

Write down what journaling is for you.

Write down how journaling feels for you (if you haven't ever done any before).

Write down what you would like to get out of journaling. (You can even add some of your thoughts about this to the comments below).

Journaling for me feels like a bright light guiding me along my pathway of truth! A bit like seeing a bright light at the end of the tunnel. It is also a release and a way I empower myself to be better (and live better)! I truly believe that if we reflect enough then we become our own source of light!

Now have a go at writing some more questions and answering them honestly about yourself (again you can use The Positivity Journal: Kids Edition to help here). Here are some questions to help you get started;

  • What makes you magical?
  • What lights you up on the inside?
  • What makes you smile?
  • What makes you feel good?
  • What makes you feel free?
  • How does it feel to be you?
  • How do you want to feel each day?
  • How can you achieve this each day?

Now go ahead and answer some of the questions below (snippet from The Positivity Journal: Kids Edition)

Feel free to write positive and uplifting comments below for yourself and for others to see - example below!!!

Top Tip For A Happier Life:

  • Acts of kindness are super powerful and hold positive energy that always circulates back around. How have you demonstrated kindness this week? What else could you do to be kind this week?
